The acting and scenery are excellent. The story of a complicated life like Paul is very hard to block and stage, but A. Wyatt did a nice job. It was believable and not cringe-worthy. Numerous memorable moments and a sincere attempt to use "biblical" dialogue with minimal creative license.
This movie would spurn an honest discussion about Christianity or it could merely be an historical survey of the awful reign of Nero. If you are at all interested in Jesus and his followers, or curious why Paul wrote what he wrote and how? I thoroughly recommend this move.
Kudos to Affirm Films for trying to show true stories about what really happened back in Roman times, and how the people of the "Way" paved the way for the numerous christians in the world today.
