All American classic. Very one sided but also very entertaining and very well acted. Having no real insight into the historical Patton, I cannot make any comparison between him and George C. Scott but I can say that this is probably the greatest acting I have seen from him.
Karl Malden deserves special mention as well for his portrayal of general Bradley who he brilliantly underplays and is instantly sympathetic and likeable.
