Peter Berg is one of my favorite directors (Friday Night Lights) and rarely (Battleship) disappoints, especially when he teams up with Wahlburger (Lone Survivor, Deepwater Horizon). The homage to the city of Boston is tragically entertaining, and provides some stellar acting from the cast (Goodman, Bacon, Simmons).
Not a film to rush out in half inch ice this weekend to see, but in my terrible Bostonian accent this still gets a Hawd Rechomand.
