When making a film, a film with a publicly known conclusion, the movie has to either draw on its audience's emotions using themes of patriotism, intelligently portray intuitive insight into a terrorist's motive, or create suspense.
This film has countless opportunities to do so but instead stays on the generic studio programmer meant to sell tickets instead of selling a concept.
