The second Jack Ryan movies falls a short of the original. Harrison Ford slips into the role of Ryan rather effortlessly. The plot involving Irish terrorists lacks a really epic feel, like the first movie had in its Soviet/US conflict.
Still, the more personal story of vengence works nearly as well. A good espionage thriller.
