Fun crime Thriller featuring Harrison Ford as Jack Ryan for the first time. He thwarts n assassination by the IRS on the British Monarchy, and now he must suffer the consequences of an IRA assassin getting his revenge.
The whole plot it's a bit far-fetched but certainly entertaining. and that ending with the two boats in a raging storm has to be seen to be believed.
