Review of Paths of Glory (1957) by Catherine N — 01 Feb 2011
It gets its point across quickly and effectively. Kubrick's style and themes really start to show in the last of his 50's films. The distinctive camera movements, the odd room layouts, the anti-war themes.
Overall, it's a very good anti-war movie with good performances all around.
