Review of Paths of Glory (1957) by Sol H — 25 Jun 2011
Kubrick's first film that went towards cementing him as the greatest director of all time. It's not really my cup o' chai, but it's undeniably well crafted and with some nice emotional maturity to it all.
It's a must-watch for fans of Kubrick or films about war.
