Pathology: Young talented doctors kill very smartly so that even postmartem fails to identify the exact cause of death. They play kind of game for a perfect flawless murder. Such a fucking gore movie.
Finally, Teddy puts Jake in subconcious state even though Jake was alive and does post martem. 'Lets see whats inside !' Fuck.
