This movie is evil. If you wanted to make this movie, that's fine. Just don't make it about Patch Adams. Even he didn't like this. This movie is insulting to everyone involved. The premise could be a good movie, possibly.
But this just collects cliches from all the films with Robin Williams and puts them all here. This film contradicts itself at the end anyway. Atleast it tried to get a good message across, I think for people who don't know who Patch Adams is and then take this film as fact, like it.
I generally like Robin Williams but this... THIS was terrible. It's hard to put it into words.
