Review of Passion Fish (1992) by Tuuli A — 17 Apr 2009
I really digged the style. How more things were left unsaid than said. Nice athmoshpere. Peaceful tempo. I loved Alfre Woodard's rolework. The playscript and dialogues were very good too, though some of the side chacraters didn't work, it would have been better to just leave them out, like May Alice's two high-school-time bullies who came by.
I'm not sure what was the "main theme" of the movie, it had something to say on various subjects, but it's okay, I really enjoyed it.
