Chris Pratt wakes up on a space ship alone that won't reach it's destination for 90 years. He gets bored and lonely and wakes up Jennifer Lawrence. I liked the ship. I wouldn't mind spending time on it, especially if Jennifer Lawrence was there.

Pratt and Lawrence have great chemistry too. The problem is that most of the movie is just watching two people do things on a cool ship. Like having dance offs, drink, swim, play basketball and predictably fall in love.

I still don't get why critics hated it though. There's good performances and I like the science fiction aspect of the movie. Plus it's not like the film doesn't keep your interest. I guess critics thought the movie needed the plot from Alien.
