The general story and idea of this futuristic, dystopian setting is a pretty good idea, though the movie does have some weak spots and the general conflict feels weak. The plot was interesting enough for me to sit through and watch, Along with that, the stakes seems small and there isn't any real character development, which not only deprives it of any big reaction or create any emotion out of the audience, it also makes the film seem a bit dull and uninteresting.
Although the movie is a bit dull, the plot is still decent, if you have time to spend, watching this wouldn't be too bad of an idea.
