An interesting concept - 18 short vignettes set in Paris by a wide variety of directors, capturing quite a range in tales of love. Some are wonderful, some a bit obscure, and, unfortunately, some are just plain mediocre, which is the film's downfall.
A shame, because this could've been so much better.
