There are moments of wry humor and sweetness, but many more of almost unbearable poignancy and sadness. The last segment is oddly lovely -- I don't have any problem seeing myself in the lady's place -- and I'm glad she found what she was looking for in Paris.
Hope I'll get there one day myself ...
