Fantastic acting from both Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman. In fact, this is the rare film you can say Dustin Hoffman's actually been out-acted in.
It's a hair long, but the inspiring iron will of Papillon hits hard. Most men would crack under the pressure this guys faces.
