Review of Papillon (1973) by Will S — 26 Feb 2017
Papillon, Henri Charrière's autobiography turned film in 1973 starring Steve Mcqueen and Dustin Hoffman is possibly the best film of imprisonment, hope and freedom ever made and by far Steve Mcqueens best performance.
Lovers of The Great Escape, Green Mile and Shawshank Redemption must make this their next film to enjoy, with the overriding knowledge that this really happened.
This review of Papillon (1973) was written by Will S on 26 Feb 2017.
