Review of Paperhouse (1988) by Private U — 09 Mar 2009
Before 'Candyman' Bernard Rose directed this nightmarish film about a girl who enter's into her drawing of a house. The film is dreamily eerie, the art direction is magnificent, her house and it's physical representation are very melancholy and sinister.
Altogether a beautifully sad and strange little horror film.
