A beauitful yet disturbing film that is just as thought provoking and it is genius and magical, filled with the best make up, art direction and visuals of the 21st Century, a great personal story and directed beautifully and with great subtly by Guillermo Del Toro, Pan's Labyrinth is a modern masterpiece, nearly flawless in almost every frame.
The music is simple and haunting, and a truly poetic sense to it, as does the whole film. An unforgettable film.
