Review of Panic Room (2002) by Nelson P — 23 Sep 2010
For the most part "Panic Room" is a great movie. Jared Leto and Jodie foster carry the movie tremendously and has David Fincher's signature touch, but its a little too gimmicky for its own good.
The whole idea of most of the movie taking place in one room sets it up for some pretty corny situations and dialogue, but the actions carried out by Jared Leto and Forrest Whitaker make the movie worth while.
