Pan is a duo and forgettable film. Let's start with the positives. The visuals look nice. They aren't always great. There is some poor CGI but overall the visuals are good. Levi Miller isn't bad as Peter Pan and neither is Rooney Mara.
Hugh Jackman looks like he is giving an effort, but when you have to sing Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" in a Peter Pan movie, it never ends well. Garrett Hedlund stinks as Hook. He is basically a caricature.
The story is very dull. It is basically a generic origin story. The action isn't exciting. There are some weird choices, like the previously mentioned Nirvana song. This is a really bad movie that no one asked for.
Hugh Jackman, please be in better movies!
