Review of Pale Rider (1985) by Edward T — 29 May 2007
Favourite western ever. Even though this film was a classic Spaghetti western, it broke convention by making the mythical gunslinger into an ACTUAL mythical creature (it's clear The Preacher is an avenging spirit).
This film also marked Clint Eastwood's emergence as a great filmmaker, not just a B-actor portraying a bitter, reactionary cop.
