Delivers exactly what it promised a lot of intense type a personalities taking on a superior enemy, with The only thing really driving them being the fact that they don's want to lose, and if they save the world in the process that is a bonus.
The actions scene are par with those seen in the transformers movies (which I consider to be a compliment). An all around better movie than the first pacific rim.
