Borderline unwatchable. There's some decent visual effects so I'm throwing a few points in but man, this is a BAD movie. I liked the first one well enough, but nothing about this one is engaging. The characters are bad, the plot is absent, and the action is over the top in a way that is boring as Hell.
Skip this if you're on the fence, but if you thought the first movie was the best thing ever you'll probably see this no matter what any review says. I knew it wouldn't be as good as the first one, but this is an embarrassment for all involved.
