The following are the cliches used in this movie: girl is an overachiever at work and is always the last one to leave, security guard is a little too nice, camera zooms to girls boobs (in a scanty dress) every time she runs away, the cops are only five minutes away by the time she gets out of the parking garage.

I should have known something was wrong with a movie named after a parking garage level. What was I thinking this time? Thankfully I got the whole gist of the movie by skipping through it and only suffered for about 15 minutes.
