Although flawed, Oz The Great And Powerful is still good. It's a nice backstory to the classic film and presents some heart-warming kid-friendly fun. Plus, its effects and action is pretty stellar for a kids film.
Overall, Oz The Great and Powerful isn't as memorable or enchanting as its 1939 counterpart, but it still provides fun for both the young and the young at heart.
