Review of Oz the Great and Powerful (2013) by Mitchy — 03 Feb 2016

This movie is full of potential, but the story just feels rushed and unfinished, like they literally left a big chunk out of the final product. You get introduced to some interesting characters, but instead of seeing them do interesting things, they just disappear for most of the movie and then suddenly re-appear at the end and I think "Oh yeah, they exist".

Of course, I do like the visuals and the opening was pretty good, but other than that, it's a pretty mediocre film.
