Review of Over the Hedge (2006) by Alejandro S — 15 Aug 2012
While I normally hate these kinds of run-of-the-mill CG flicks, this one doesn't really seem to suffer from the same grind 'em out mentality that its piers do (Madagascar, Open Season, Hoodwinked).
It's cute without being overbearing and while the story isn't particularly daring or, frankly, originaal, it somehow works. Plus Bruce Willis' voice can soothe even the orneriest of viewers.
