Review of Over the Edge (1979) by Skulls S — 29 Apr 2008
One of the most under-rated films ever.
It evokes the era perfectly and is loosly based on a true life incident.
It is such a shame that thirty years ago a film like this was made showing what happens when you ignore that huge part of the population which is under twenty years old and now no lessons seem to have been learned!
Matt Dillons first role is extremely powerfull and it is a shame he was the only one who 'made it'.
The soundtrack fits perfectly and is greast if you are a fan of 70's rock.
Check it out on IMDB, Michael Kramer talks about the filming of it.
