Review of Outpost (2008) by Rich B — 20 May 2008
A great little British horror movie, which makes the most of a small budget and a simple if solid premise. Nazi Zombies is nothing new, but the cinematography and sound design are top notch. I've seen many more expensive genre flicks that didn't come close to the creepy atmosphere pervading this film.
There's a few familiar faces in the cast, and they work well with oft used sketched out soldier characters. A really impressive debut form Steve Barker, who may be a director to watch in the future.
