Almost every time I visited the local independent video store, I'd see the VHS of this movie sitting in the sci-fi section. and for years, it stayed in that gray area of 'maybe next time.' I mean, Sean Connery playing a space sheriff with a shotgun? dudes getting space-curbed and doing space-amphetamines with space-needles?
On second though, maybe it should have stayed a mystery. now I have to watch Zardoz to get this out of my mind.
