Meryl Streep did not get the Oscar for her portrayal of Danish author Isak Dinesen (Baroness Karen Blixen in private life)but she should have.The entire cast including Robert Redford and Michael Kitchen are excellent.
A wonderful script,beautiful John Barry score,gorgeous scenery and sets (they used the actual house which is now a museum) and Oscar-winning costumes by Milena Canonero.
