Vintage Seagal, this film is just plain nasty. The fights are frequent and frenetic, the music is spectacularly cheesey, and the acting is oftentimes plop. But look at the front cover! That is why we watch these movies - to see a big dude, with a big gun go ape on a bunch of perps.
Brill. They just don't make 'em like this anymore.
