Review of Our Daily Bread (2009) by Paul W — 07 Mar 2008
A documentary about European agriculture and meat production. The film contains no narration or dialogue and relies entirely on visual aspects to make its point. A point very well made. The camera work excellently portrays the relentless boredom, scale, and monotony of industrial food production while brief clips into meat production will make your stomach churn.
Very well done, and well worth a watch so you know just where your food is coming from, and how it got there.
