This movie mostly wins its points on unanticipated profound consternation regarding what will happen next. It sets out as your typical and watered-down horror movie with a few gruesome scenes and expected jumps scares, but actually offers much more.
A powerful combination between desperation intrinsic fear makes this movie much more compellingly disturbing than what meets the eye.
