Otis likes kidnapping girls and calling them Kate while they live in his dungeon as he helps them get ready to be his prom date.
It's a dark comedy. So, dark that I didn't find any of it funny. Outside of failing to make me laugh, it has all the elements to become a cult favorite as there aren't many movies out there like this.
Not my cup of tea.
