It's done kind of like a film noir, and it's cast of talented comedic actors may benefit the film a little bit, but the jokes are either lazy or just straight up not suitable for children. And several of the dilemmas found in the live action segments are left unresolved.
It's just a lazy effort from the Farely Brothers who have no business in making a family movie. Let alone one that mostly takes place inside a man's lower intestines.
