Review of Orphan (2009) by Thomas F — 11 Jul 2013
One of the most frightening and suspenseful films I have ever seen. Orphan is exciting from start to finish, and Isabelle Fuhrman is terrifying as the psychotic orphan Esther. Esther's evil nature, her intelligence and her manipulation of the family who adopt her make for a highly interesting, as well as nightmarish film.
Of the many child and adoption-related horror films I have seen, Orphan is by far the best.
