Cillian is incredible, perfectly cast for the role. Pacing in the movie, at least through the first half, felt extremely odd. The rapid succession of quick cuts felt like a bombardment of rushed mini scenes and left me with the thought that this could have easily been made into two well fleshed out parts.
I would say the "see it in IMAX" is far overblown. Overall, a great film that I will watch again but I do not feel this is Christopher Nolan's magnum opus, as Cillian has stated.
