Review of Operation Crossbow (1965) by Allan C — 21 Sep 2012
Solid WWII action and espionage with George "A-Team" Peppard leading a mission to infiltrate Nazi missile labs. It's not all that different from any number of other men-on-a-mission WWII films, but it's well made, has a solid cast and has a tougher edge than most films of it's ilk.
It's not as great as "The Dirty Dozen" but it can stand side by side with "The Guns of Navarone".
