Beautiful photography and performances from Kevin Costner(who also Directed) and Robert Duvall highlight this character study of two men with a past, that you don't necessarily know about......and probably don't want to know considering it's dark nature.
The final shoot-out scene gets a round of applause for oustanding sound editing, and if you have surround sound then crank it up.....you won't be sorry that you did.
