Gripping... hard to take your eyes off the screen, but definitely not for everyone. It's incredibly slow paced and there are many periods with very little, if any, dialogue.
It's stylistic as hell though, and any fan of Refn should give it a shot. Just don't expect Drive, and you'll be fine.
