Only God Forgives Danish / French / Thai film - written and directed by Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive 2011 - Ryan Gosling). Starring Ryan Gosling, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Vithaya Pansringarm. Only God Forgives was filmed in Thailand's largest bustling city Bangkok. Film was nominated for the Palme d'Or at Cannes Film Festival (2013).

I hate it when actors are typecast - I don't understand if Ryan has vowed to keep giving us his silent characterizations. Although I do consider the climate of movie intriguing and yet I find reservations inside of me - for God sake (Mr. Nicolas) were you not done already with 'Drive'? - It is matter of shame to hear that Ryan took Muay training, of which I could not find any use in the movie. I do realize value of artistry and subtleness but I am not stupid to keep praising silly stuff, from SAME team over and over again. Get over this Ryan & Mr. Nicolas. The audience is waiting for different curry!!!
