Don't judge this movie until you've watched it at least twice! The first time you'll see it you will hate it so much that your own blood will boile up; but, after your anger has cooled down, take another chance on this fascinating religious flick.

It's definately not the never ending nonsense revenge story that it could seem. It's a profound journey of a protagonist who is not able to take any actions on his own; he's moved and haunted by the "demons" of his life and must decide wether he'll keep living with them or pay the ultimate prize to find foriveness and peace.

Nicolas Winding Refn knew perfectly what he was doing with the movie and if you liked the director's previous works I assure you that you will enjoy this semi-masterpiece.
