When I saw Refn "team up" again with Gosling I thought to myself "This will be good". It's not, it's bad, it's really bad. What happened? How can someone that made Drive deliver us with something this bad.
Yes, because Gosling's performance maybe the only positive outcome here. The movie is 1h30m of absolutely nothing. Yes, powerful, raw and somewhat slow paced like it's predecessor, Drive, but it fails in everything else.
You'll not enjoy this.
