Starring Josh Jackson (remember Dawson's Pacey?) who comes to learn he has a stage 4 (out of 4) cancer. He's engaged & the wedding is not too far off. He goes on a journey 'vacation' a voyage to live life before becoming a 'patient' which he doesn't want to be.
There's also narration done by Campbell Scott of how Ben (Josh) affects the people he comes into contact with. His journey takes him from his home of Toronto Canada to Tofino, B.C. (British Columbia) along the way he also chronicles his trip stopping at landmarks both Iconic & idiosyncratic as well.
What would you do when faced with certain death? What you do in your one more day or week or month? This was for once at least for me a different plotline for a movie. I'm sure there are some with a similar plotline but I did like this one the way it was done not just a guy on a bike the whole time going to & fore.
. I like they have the narration & if he hadn't something bad would have happened to... or Good happened to this one. However The fiancée in it.. what a nag! B.
