Review of One Night with the King (2006) by Amber W — 08 Feb 2008
It was a sweet film that didn't have to go all out on the obnoxious and sin factor to make an effective point. They did an excellent job on the set production/design. It didn't appear computer-animated like a lot of big-budget mainstream Hollyowood films do.
Tiffany DuPont is likeable as Esther and makes you remember that God can use anyone. We all have to wonder if we were born in these times for a particular reason. For me, it spoke on a grander scale that God is the king that we can have one night with that can totally change our lives.
Prophetess Juanita Bynum sings the awesome title track to this movie that just chills your bones with how anointed it is. I pray that more films with a bible theme blow us out of the water.
