Review of One Night of Love (1934) by Jeff K — 05 Dec 2013
Grace Moore made two films for MGM that missed, but MGM kept her very matronly. Columbia saw Grace as sexy and let her be herself. Some people say that the film is cliche' ridden, but this was 1934 and the cliche's came after this film for the most part.
Moore, Barrie, Talbot and Carmenatti are full of fun and it's a timeless film you'll want to experience. Moore was up for an Academy Award for this film and it won two awards for music.
