Review of One Hour Photo (2002) by Liam C — 15 Feb 2012
One Hour Photo isn't your typical suspense, drama film. What makes it so good is the fact that the movie builds up his characters for about 75 minutes and then begins to the crazy stuff afterwards.
By this time we actually form a distinctive bond with Robin Williams as we care for him even though we know something bad is going to happen. His acting in this movie is unbelievable and gives a horrific performance that may scare the crap out of you while keeping you thinking how much of a thoughtful, old, man he is.
It may be slow for younger viewers, but the lead up is for spine tingling. than the actual pay off.
