Review of One from the Heart (1982) by Caleb M — 06 Jul 2008
Wonderful music with equally wonderful production values. Filmed entirley on Coppola's Zoetrope stages, this film feels like a melancholy love note to old Hollywood musicals, but not as big and most of the songs aren't sung by the characters but are played to emphesize what their emotions.
I was pleasantly suprised to see Harry Dean Stanton, he's just one of those actors you can't help but love to see pop up everywhere, but I really loved Teri Garr. Is it just me or was she one of te most beautiful women ever to step in front of a camera?
